David Fine spent eight years on the audit and tax staffs of a major international accounting firm. Following his work there, Mr. Fine was Tax Director of a $400M N.Y.S.E. company and managed the tax group of the small business department of another major CPA firm. Mr. Fine joined Cohen Cohen & Company in 1986 and coordinates the firm's tax practice, providing tax compliance and planning services for businesses and individuals.

Rajiv Dayal has over twenty years experience in regional accounting firms, with an extensive background in auditing, business consulting and tax services for individuals, not-for-profit organizations and small to medium-sized businesses. Prior to his public accounting career, Mr. Dayal was an accounting manager in a fifteen store retail chain and a CFO to a division of an international company. Mr Dayal supervises the firm's audit and accounting engagements and does extensive work in the area of tax and management advisory services.
